Hmm, who said Gauge ? Electra 09

Bought this gun a month ago but didn't have time to try it on the field, only in the backyard, which did seem to go well.

But then, I was kind of disapointed when I tried it on the field this weekend ... gun seemed loud, but can get use to it, had a lot of kick though compared to my 06 Electra which is supposed to run twice the pressure of the 09 ...

It looks like it ain't air effiecient like the reviews say after all ...

I do have the TechT Hush bolt installed and have the stock one but did not use it.

So I decided to tweak it a bit, but for this I need to see the damn pressure the gun is runing !

So there it is, hope you don't mind me doing this to this baby dudes !

I know the gun runs around 300 - 400 PSI, I only had my 06's gauge in hand tonight when I did it loll, got a 0 - 600 ordered to be more precise

I drilled a hole with a 23/64 bit and then filled with the 1/8 27NPT right behind the front plug and made sure the gauge dosent touch the spring of the cup seal

Impressions ??

Looks clean. Nice job. That was a lit easier to do on the older spiders with front blocks since you could always just tap the block and not have to worry about anything hitting it.

yeah i know , but it wasnt that hard since you have a little clearance between the body and the spring of the cup seal.

I tapped my old E-99 that way. Good job. Looks like it's meant to be there!

Got new pics with a new drop and the black reg thats goes up to 600 PSi instead of the other one that goes to 1000 PSi lol. I can now clearly see the gun runs at 350 PSi to reach 280 FPS with the TechT Hush Bolt.

But I'm a bit disapointed in how the gun feels heavy compared to my Dangerous Power G4 ... But still, so fun to play with ! feels unbreakable !
