I need to get in contact with Tommy or a "pbrack" employee. I have paid in full back in April for 10 custom jerseys. Supposedly they were only going to take 4-6 weeks to get them done. Now its October 6+ months later. Tommy keeps ducking my calls and will not reply to my emails. He said he shipped them out back on September 14 but surprise surprise they are still not here and he said he doesnt have a tracking number? Who sends out packages worth that much without a tracking number. Poor customer service and poor business ethics.
Much agreed man. Currently taking care of our own issues with him. Very poor business ethics.
