Major Problem with my 09' UL SLG
I was recently on the field and my gun jammed! Days later when I finally had time I took it apart. When I attempted to pull the bolt the front was jammed in that so I took a swab and tapped it out. After having everything out it seemed all was in working condition. The only thing I seen that could cause trouble was the bumper was worn down (which I hear is normal) and there we some scratch on the bolt. I then started to clean the body of all the old grease / and or paint. When cleaning it I found a decent size nick in the body. So some how during normal operation the bolt system nicked up the body. My question is does this happen often? Should I call Dye about it? Or should I just try to grind and sand out the nick?
