and u need a quick connect like a foster 12 fss that some hydolics shop sell it
some gage , fitting and the good old 100r8 hoose that you can get ther too

if u need to regulate the air at 3000 psi you wil need that

fit all of that on a table or in a nice box and u save about 50%

i did what bob did there as well. I just cut a metal bracket to mount the valve too.

I built tables and fill stations in 4 locations for less than the cost of one of the "pre-made" fill stations. These valves are bomb proof and cetified for the paintball industry.

Wow, that is way cool. So abut the 415-5000 Reducing Regulator, how does that work exactly? It reduces the pressure by the value given, or it reduces to the value given?

Cheap, reliable, safe ... those usually aren't grouped together when describing high pressure stuff.

A panel like that one shown is something that can fill two bottles at the same time ... one regulated and one unregulated. That way, you an fill 3000 psi bottles off one tap and 4500 off the other. The regulator is adjustable so you can set it up to full inlet pressure so you can fill both taps to 4500 psi if you want as well.

There is nothing special about the panel other than it is a finished product that you can tack to the fill table and even your "n00best" employee can use it easily. I have a field customer that has two of them set up for his customers to fill by themselves.

But you are right ... they are not cheap. $1100 list and even my closeouts are $900. Not exactly free.

As for building your own, go for it! I have seen some really nice panels built into wood instead of stainless steel. Just pay attention to how you are designing it and remember that high pressure air can be extremely dangerous so make sure you use the right parts.

you adjust it with the knob it got 4 port 1 input line 1 input gauge 1 regulated output line 1 regulated output gauge to know wath the setting is
( gauge not supply with it)

you can block input gauge hole if you have an other gauge on your system but output gauge is very inportant to have it if you fill 3000 psi thank

and for safty i would recomand to have a gauge between the 816-v valve and the fil hoose so whil you fill you can keep an eye on it

and an other safty tip the quick connect to coustmer thank must be a foster 12 FSS not a 12 fs the 12 fss si stailness steel 5000 psi rated

ninja paintball sell it thier part # is 12fsshp make sure you get the right one the normal 12 fs si only rated 3000 psi burst pressure and wil blow up in you face trust me i learn it the hard way !!!

and make sure all you stuff is 5000 psi rated don t put home depo fitting on that system go to a hydrolic shop and tell them about you project show the the part you want to put together they wil get you the right fitting

Swat-Paintball I had a Foster 12 FSS quick connect but there was a small shaft inside that was an internal check valve in the quick connect. I blew an o-ring on it, and when I called Foster and ordered new unit they just sent me a quick connect but can't find information on the internal shaft/check valve. Do you have any information on it since you were talking about it or was it just a quick connect that if you don't hold on to when pressurized it'll whip around? Thanks
