Arian Foster was a fantasy beast for me last year. He started slow with that injury, but when he's healthy he was usually good for 100+ yards rushing and receiving.

I have been able to pick up a decent TE in rounds 6-8 so far. Unless you're getting Gronk or Graham, I just don't see the value in taking a TE that early.

TE is a spot you use for potential picks. I snagged graham last year late and he paid big. Don't bother with a TE before 7th pick unless it's top tier.

I'm probably going to try to grab Tamme as my tight end in all my leagues. He's already been with Peyton once and Peyton loves his tight ends. I think this year, I'm going to hold off on picking a Quarterback until at least the 5th or 6th round unless there is one that has slid way down the board in the early rounds.

You can get a pretty solid QB in rounds 5-8 depending on how big your league is.

I have first pick in my big money league. I'm between Rogers, Foster, and Rice.

I hate taking RB's high. I have bad luck with their injuries and I usually play the WW well enough.

That's what my plan is. Someone like Romo, Eli, Ryan, or maybe even Schaub but I don't like how he is injury prone.

Word. I think I'm going to sign up for a public draft tonight.

I feel like McCoy, Foster, and Rice are all pretty safe picks as far as injuries go. I know Foster had the hamstring issue but I'm not worried about that.

I do hate having the first pick though. My ideal pick would be from 6-8.

edit: I hope I don't get stuck with just free public drafts with scrubs I don't know. I don't think I'll be invited back to the league I was in last year. The kid kicked me out of his house after he got butthurt from a simple joke.

At this point I think I will end up going Rogers and hoping AP or Forte hang on for later. People seem to go QB way early for us so its not terrible to take early. 12 person leagues make depth a bit harder.

I would go Foster personally after the past two seasons. But Rodgers is probably the safer pick.

edit: I think I've got these auction drafts down. Don't bid anything over 40 for anyone. Wait till everyone else spends their money. And when it's my turn to nominate a player, nominate someone I don't want but know will go for a lot of cash like Run DMC, Fitz, or Stephen Jackson.

If you're talking about the NCAA Fantasy league, you can have my spot. I don't need it anymore. If you're talking about the OG league, then screw you.

Commish of each:
OG Fantasy League - Joe
PBN Fantasy Football League - Joe
NCAA FF League - Smarty (has the waitlist of the first 4 peopel, posted on Page 80 of the NCAA thread)

I know it's 3 different leagues. I was wanting his vacant spot for the NCAA league.

Joined a 50 dollar 12 team money league btw. Gone get dat paper.

1. Larry Fitzgerald (Ari - WR)
2. Rob Gronkowski (NE - TE)
3. Steve Smith (Car - WR)
4. Michael Turner (Atl - RB)
5. Frank Gore (SF - RB)
6. Beanie Wells (Ari - RB)
7. Sidney Rice (Sea - WR)
8. Matt Ryan (Atl - QB)

Those were the picks before my internet decided to crap out. What yall think? I think it sucks badly. 12 team and I had the 9th pick.

I'm avoiding fitzgerald like the plague first couple of rounds. That's a trailer fire QB situation in arizona.

... They seemed to run just fine late last season with a second stringer.

He's a great WR which makes up for the terrible QBs. He's nowhere near 9th overall good though.

I was trying not to but I don't like any players at that pick. He was the best option. But I wouldn't be that disappointed with him. He still put up like 1400 yards last year and 9 TDs i think. I would prefer to get the 4/5 pick so I could get McCoy/Rice/Megatron because 9/10 drafts will have Foster and Rodgers gone by then.
