Loud Popping Noise

Yesterday one of my viking started to make a loud popping noise each time I fired a paintball. I quickly changed vikings thinking this was the solenoid going bad since I had a similar experience a few years back. When I arrived home I changed the solenoid out and replaced it with a new one. I still had the same problem. I also changed the "O" rings on the adapter block to the solenoid. Just to be sure I wasn't hearing things I fired up another viking and when I fire it you can barely hear it.

Checked the LPR and dwell and they are OK.

Any ideas on what may be making the viking pop so loud on each shot?

Fixed - Dam Tadao Board needed to be reset!!!!!!! WTF

Older M5 first run viking only Tadao board I guess?

So the board was making the pop? How?

This is a Tadao board purchased in March, 2012. How it was making the popping noise is beyond me. Once I reset the board to factory specs and put in the settings I wanted the maker was fine.
