I took a picture of my wife's cat last night, and then re-read the post. I'll have to take a different picture today. Sorry!

Lol.
What would be a good selling price for my IM with the UL frame, IM trigger, CP on/off, Hyper 2, torpedo, X93, lever feedneck etc? I really don't want to sell it because I don't think I'd ever be able to replace it, but if it's the difference between going to cup or staying home in october, I'd rather make the trip.

Same price as a stock one unless you find someone who fawn over the ul. Parting would earn you way more money.

I'm beginning to agree with V, parting these things seems to be the way to go if you're gonna sell.
I feel you on cup though, I had full intentions of going this year with a pocket full of cash to buy stuff to flip, but after some research, I was advisied I'd probably never make enough to cover the expense.

Based on the offers I got for the complete UL swap, I'm not entirely convinced of that. And I don't have any extra stock parts left to swap back on to the gun.

You didn't get a sale previously and you can't really list it any higher and expect a sale based on the ul frame alone though.

Not expecting a sale just based on the UL frame, but it does make the gun more practical. And I wouldn't need the cash until october, just wondering what would be a good price to list it for.

I'd buy the UL if it's a bolt on. Hell, depending on the price I'd buy the entire gun. PM me details?

You'd have to drill your body.

It's bolt on except you need to drill and tap a hole for the rear frame screw. But if I part it now that I've sold other parts, that leaves me with no frame, no eyes, no solenoid, no VA etc. So it's unlikely.
And ugh @ 400-500. To buy an IM, hunt down a UL frame and va, have the work done, buy the bolt, regs, etc. I probably wouldn't be able to replace it for less than $700. Too bad nobody has the same taste in guns as me.

That was the conclusion everyone came to. I originally bought it missing a bunch of parts. I would be interested to know how many clones are out there, because it seems like most of the IM's that I see are originals.

I think $400 if you wanted to move it quickly, $500 if you posted it now and dealt til October. Unfortunately the frame doesn't add a ton of value unless someone is just in love with it. One of those upgrades that isn't cost effective when it comes to resale

I was wondering if I am the only one who has spent over 1.3K on regs from AKA? Not just in here but anywhere, and not as business.

Don't get me wrong, I love that IM to the point of me vetoing gunhero and putting it in the motm vote
But you spent more than you can realistically get back from it, some markers you just got to keep.

All my AKA stuff has come second hand, if a marker with decent resale has AKA parts on it I buy it, put on generic regs and sell it for the same price.
