pulled something in my leg on july 4th. was hoping it would heal but it didn't and I didn't feel like I could play

Scott & his bro, Chris hit up All Star. how was their new field?

I think we're going to try to get another practice going on for this weekend if we're all free

Yeah Chris and I got out to Allstar for a bit. New field was pretty nice, way better than it used to be. Didn't get a lot of games in but it was good practice. Chris also just picked up a GEO so he was dying to get out and use it.

I think there are tournaments this weekend at both LLP and Strikeforce. Not sure if we would be able to get on anywhere. Isn't the Skirmish thing this weekend also?

Also I wanted to let you guys know, I had someone reach out to me who was trying to put a d4/d5 team together and has a few people that he normally plays with. They practiced at Meadowlands and now practice at Battle Creek. We talked about maybe doing a practice together and if things work out maybe we could start playing with them to round out the non-CUNY team. Let me know what you think.

Sounds like they liked Meadow lands and were looking forward to it reopening. I told them we had been practicing at LLP and they seemed cool with it..

If you wanna try to get out somewhere Saturday I'd probably be down. I just don't know where. Otherwise hopefully we can get everyone together the following weekend.

I actually have some stuff going on this Saturday (totally forgot about it

) and a bunch of friends asked if I want to play with their party of 16 on Sunday and HiVi outdoor. I got my gf, bros, and cousins to come so it'll be ~ 16 + 7. You can join us if you want!

do you guys want to do this with me next saturday? I'm about to sign up.

Sean - can you hit up Ohio and ask if he can hook us up with a discount? haha

I saw that clinic the other day and was thinking about it. Have you ever been to any other clinics at cousins? I'm wondering if it's worth it. Did you sign up already?

Hey Chris hurt his back and has to take a few weeks off. He said probably by Sept he'll be able to play. Its been awhile since ive been out so i would definitely be down to play. Id like to get out to meadowlands now that they are reopening. Let me know if you wanna do something.

I have another CUNY guy who showed some interest and those other non-CUNY guys that I was talking about a few weeks ago.

Hey scott, good to hear from you. That sucks about chris but im sure he'll recover well. thats right chris, YOU BETTER RECOVER QUICK! Anyways if we're gonna head to meadowlands which i think is a solid idea than we better have a crew of 5 guys. There are two reasons why i say this. One if we dont we are most likely gonna get throw one or two walk-ons, i.e. we're gonna get raped every game. Two, i saw the list of teams signed up and if we want to atleast get on the field once an hour we are gonna need a 5 man squad. Other than that let me know what you think im definitely down to get my paint on...

SO it looks like I fricken herniated my disc in my L5 vertebrae and the disc was pressing against a nerve so I had shooting pains down my leg. I basically got a glimpse of what it's like to be 80 years old (NOT fun) and I was stuck in bed for a few days and I'm back at work now and going to PT twice a week for the next few weeks. I guess all that diving last practice really messed me up

I should be back in September since I'll be away for a week at the end of August and I have stuff like concerts and my gfs birthday is coming up so I'm pretty booked for this month

Been there. Herniated L3-L5, S1 & pinched S2. That's actually why I stopped paintballing from 2006-2012.

I'd say take a break till October. It will flare up a lot more easily than you think.
