I like the hooptie. It comes with a decent return spring. It is somewhat stiff but not uncomfortably stiff. I like it. If you want it to be a little less stiff, you can get some spyder hammer springs and play around with those or just go to the hardware store and see if they have anything lighter in a similar length. I actually ended up cutting my pump arm down about 3/4" and cutting new threads so I could get a shorter pump stroke so when the pump handle is flush with the front of the gun, the gun is cocked. Before, there was some extra pump travel length that would make me pull back further than I needed.

I have the pmp pump kit and it works very well. If i am not mistaken you can buy an adapter for like 10-20 bucks and use a pre 2k ccm pump kit.

Just get a pmp kit, slap it on and go.

Want a smoother pump stroke? Sell the trilogy and buy another pump. After springs, bolt and reg you'll be in the price range of a decent prostock or something where your upgrades are limitless.

I you like your trilogy then by all means customize it. You can do what I did. Grab a dremel and some mothers polish and polish the internals, the bolt, the hammer, and the pump rod
