Any updates? Its been 5 months since last post. I, for one, have not received one bit of communication, though he said he would.

I'm not surprised you haven't heard anything. Lee has given up the punisher identity online and has moved on to other names do work in bike and car forums. He has put his past behind him and you and everyone else he owes is screwed.

Just read the first and last few pages of this thread. I really feel bad for everyone who has their gear and cash tied up with Lee. I just remember in 05' or 06' I was really close to send him my PMI-1 for a boatload of work to be done. After seeing this i am REALLY glad I didnt.

hope everyone gets at least their gear back.

Still nothing on my end, either-- dead end with Officer Papke.. My equipment still unaccounted for.. Heck, I'd like just to have it back.. I never even got to shoot PPS Blazer #009.. I have about 30 pages of saved emails between him and I..

It's been 10 years now.. About every 6-12 months I get all-fired angry about it and search around on the net for more info..

No dice, so far.. Though, I'm tempted to add him on Facebook.. heh..

Anyone consider going in for a private investigator? I believe what Officer Papke wants is an address where to get Lee at..

Oh, and this is the Raj whose equipment was threatened with a workman's lien.. For those wanting to chat more about it, feel free to send correspondence to my nickname at cox dot net.. I would love to coordinate with folks again.. I have Summer vacation coming up and not much planned.. Maybe a little private investigation may be in order..

with your case number and ask for an update. if it been less then 6 years from the time you filed your police report fill a small claims case against mr lee.
most states give you a set time to apply for refund or your iteams back in small claims. all it cost you is filling fees. (contact the peoples court hahaha)

I had the local sheriffs office serve Lee with court papers. I had my gun back in 2 weeks!

When was this? Recently? I'd really love to do that since I've made it clear to Lee that I'd just like my equipment back. I sent him a message on facebook (heh..) telling him I'll even cut some prepaid shipping labels if he can just send my things back to me.. Of course, no dice..

Did the sheriffs office track him down, or did you have an address to send them to already?

About 2 yrs ago. I posted in several forums and sent out pms to those who were waiting on gear about how to go about it. Didn't get much response. Most people just said they had faith in him. First my friend who is a lawyer sent him a certified letter with no response. I went through a list of steps including contacting the chief of police in his town. Finally I filed a small claim and had him served. Yes I have his address. I have a whole folder with tons of his info.

Yeah, I got a lot of that throughout the years, too.. (Ugh, and to think-- back in 2003 or so, I was one of those defender type people..).. Would you be up to trading emails about this? I wouldn't mind going through the motions again and contacting Officer Papke, then going through the same steps you went through..

I found these in an old backup, they are the closest I ever got to my marker, he posted these pictue for a couple days on his forum in March 2004, that was 3 years after I sent him $500-600 USD in new parts and another $400 USD as a deposit on the work & for materials.

It was going to be a Soverign bolt in Autococker body, with Typhoon style 3-way setup inside the grip frame, all designed to look like a Sniper II. He called it the "Dredd Project".

It's been more than 11 years and I'm on the other side of the World, don't expect I'll ever see anything more than these pictures.
