wont let me log into nppa account

So my teams trying to register for dc and well theres a problem. I can log into my nppa account. I tried reseting my password multiple times and logging in but no changes. I tried multiple computers and my smartphone and all the same. Somebody help

Goose dont expect the nppl to respond to threads made on pbnation. if you want a response keep calling the number in contacts on the nppl website.
