I went there twice and both times I was greeted with a rude lady and even calle and still it was her maybe its the tone of her voice but the tech was very friendly. It's alright.

You must be going somewhere else because Julie has never been anything but nice to me. She has always been willing to go that extra mile. If I need a part for a marker I'm working on, she always seems to be able to find it for me, no matter how odd it is. Only place I'll go.

Never had any issues with anyone at darkstar being rude to me, every time i go i get a friendly greeting, staff is very knowledgeable and always has answers or solutions to any of my problems.

This is being referred to as a field, but Darkstar is a store. They do have banners up at parks/fields but as far as I know do not actually have a field/park. I've always had a pleasant experience with Julie but I'll admit you can't go in pretending to know what your talking about. Either knowingly accept good info from a source that stays informed or know your stuff and see if they can assist you with whatever your needs. But she's running a shop and will clearly let anyone know. Mike is more mellow of the two but they will both try to assist with what issues a customer will have.

Went to Dark Star for the first time with my sons, great STORE Julie was nothing but wonderful to my and my kids. I have been around paintball for sometime, and this store is a good store.

been there for YEARS
Julie will and has always gone the extra mile for me personally and my old team
