I have a question for our European field/store owners...how popular is 50 cal in Europe? I keep hearing that 50 cal is more popular in Europe (and other places in the world) but I always wonder if there is really much truth to that. Any insights?

Secondly, if it's more popular than here in North America, why?

why i think its picking up in ireland is because fields are finding it difficult to survive with the current sittuation so introducing 50cal is being used to appeal to younger players to try and boost attendance.its what i gather from their advertising anyways

Campaign (easily google-able as cant direct link) is using 50 cal to introduce the game to younger players. Players love it and parents don't get stung for extra paint (a hopper full is provided for each player at the start of each game)
