I do lift a lot. Morning routine also involves stretches and pushups(25 but I do 40-50)

Today was a pretty usual day for my eating portion wise.

Special k for breakfast, maybe 1 1/2 cups.

Juice, grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread and a fiber bar for lunch,

Spaghetti for dinner with another cup of juice.

Water between

It sounds to me like you're eating too little to lose effectively. Keep logging what you eat over the next few days and well get a good idea of the real culprit. But I honestly feel the food you're eating is filling you with some cheap carbs and little in the way of actual nutrients.

Also, Pump made a good point as far as portions go. It's not going to be easy, but limit your portions. You will see results

Thats good to hear, keep letting us know your progress. I am not sure how you can track a 3 pound weight loss over 2 weeks since I weigh 3 pounds less after a 5 minute ****, but if you are really watching what you are eating then it probably is weight loss. Have patience, losing weight the healthy way sometimes is a little slow.

I'm pretty steady at 200-202, I was at 197 so I call it 3 lbs lol.
