Everyone's Favorite Game: Another Bolt ID

Hey ion people. i got an ion in a trade and i was told it had the stock bolt. when it arrived, i found this (sorry for crappy quality) :

at first glance i thought it was a firebolt, but the grooves half way back are not hollow, just grooves. and the reason i doubt it is a stock bolt, is it looks very little like one. the front is recessed, and there are 3 orings on the back. the ion is long gone, but i just thought it was time to find out what this is so i can sell it with correct info. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
