I know this is a bit off topic. I was wondering if Marc from tarantula paintball is still doing work? I tried emailing machining@tarantulamfg.com but my mail was bounced back.

Yea, he has been semi MIA for a while. I tried to contact him for some mill work several times back in February and March and never got so much as a peep in response.

Well thanks for the help. Its too bad, he did great work. On a side note, anybody know of a decent machinist that would be able to remove a stripped frame screw from a marq that has the "Hidden + Recessed" screws.

Destructive Customs does great work and should be able to help you out.

As far as Marc/Tarantula, he took a new job at a different machine shop, and is no longer to do any work on the side after hours with their equipment.

That explains it but why wouldn't he state something on the website. Last time I looked at it, it seemed that milling was still an option. I was really hoping for something reminiscence of a SR1 EvilM...

DC's milling on the evil M is going to look great I'm sure.

There's also that other guy near me in Westfield, MA that mills the evil M's. He's got one with a swirl pattern and one that looks like two tubes.

With enough money, I'm sure having someone machine something one off is possible to find. The kicker is the with enough money part, and also hoping they don't fall off the face of the earth with your stuff.

I know Xmagterror or something on Automags.org does milling on automag bodies. He's made some nice stuff, so you could try there as well.

Any chance that milling may be offered in the near future, or are things on the back burner?

I'll answer your questions in the order they were asked. Yes, and yes. There is a chance in the near future I'll be able to start offering milling again. Things are on the back burner for now though.
