i was using the scifit tablets ...
im debating between bb creatine, on pills, or now pills
inb4 creatine copy pasta

You don't want to mess with uncertain amounts of powder with a potent steroid like creatine. Pills are the right call to avoid an overdose leading to liver and kidney failure.
