Exclamation barrel HELP!!!

ok so a guy sent me a pm to a website where I can get a kaner nickle back, one problem it's .689... I've been told that most paint is .684 now. I currently have a .691 back, so my question is this... how big of a difference is a .684 gonna have over a .689 and is there a big difference between the .689 and my .691??? and any thoughts on what to do?

If you have an open bolt marker, it won't make that much of a difference, if you have a closed bolt marker, you'll be cussing up and down the field with every rollout and swearing at the inconsistent velocity of your shots all day long. If you're hell bent on a kaner, get the .682 back. If you want a good barrel at a decent price, get a couple of lurker eigenbarrels in .678 and .684, they should fit most paint nowadays.

As for the grips question, if you have the clapper 'noid, they will after slight modification: if you have an MQ valve you won't need to modify them.

You could go either way, I like underboring with longer control bores, so I'd take the eigenbarrels, TAS's kit or critical kit over a freak bored barrel, or anything with a control bore under 7 inches for that matter, any day.

If you don't want a long control bore and don't mind the straight look you can get a deadly wind barrel; if you want the kaner's looks, then yeah freak-boring is probably your best bet.

try classifieds at MCB or look in the voided warranty section here, can't remember who does it 'cause I've never been interested.
