I'm new (ish) to Utah and haven't really been able to meet any friends who are into the sport. I'm a recreational player, but really enjoy going out to the woods and battling it up with large groups. For me, the more the better.

I like scenario type games, but am a bit frustrated with the seemingly non-existent locations to go out and join up in friendly games. I've got all my gear up for sale unless I can find some groups I could join up with. I haven't played in a long time, so keeping all my gear seems useless.

Please let me know if I am somehow missing all of the possible fun to be had in friendly pick-up games that exist out here in UT. I live in SLC.

There is the retribution field in Bountiful (North Salt Lake it's pretty much on the border) that usually hosts woodsball games on Saturday, actually I think there is a game there on the 21st.

I feel your pain. I'm new(ish) to Utah also and have been trying to find a group to hang with. I've been soloing it until recently, I got my 11 yr old to start going with me. As far as scenario games go, try Desert Edge's Hell's Assault on Aug. 4th. I'm going to try and make it if I'm home from Michigan (vacation). PM me your E-mail and I'll try to keep you in the loop and maybe we can meet up.

Yes Hells Assault will be AWESOME and there will be 350 is players there solo or on teams all broken up in to two teams so NO ONE is alone and EVERYONE will have a blast!!

I'm still relatively new and find myself soloing it but it's a great way to meet others. If your on Facebook you should look up the Utah Paintball Players page and join. That is a great way to meet some new faces. If you can make it over to Springville, the Hobble Creek Paintball Warriors battle it out almost every Saturday unless it is storming, snowing pretty heavily (pretty much shut down in winter) or they are playing a scenario. HCPW plays outlaw but it is well organised and you can get air fills from of the numerous guys with a scuba for a nominal fee. You just need to branch out and network.

Nate was using my pump( he lost them and forgot he took them off by the trailer lol) I had the lime flexes

i found my flex's i left them by my bag, and the AKP is very nice, retribution was awesome
