I'm confused and if someone can give a some info it would help out a lot. I'm moving to Germany on the next month and I want to bring my guns over but from what I've been hearing is that they are starting to crack down on guns that don't have the f-stamp. Should I just sell my stuff before I leave and buy a new gun there and will it shoot over 214, or will I be safe and just ship my guns and gear over there. Any info will help. Thanks

I know it is ok to ship most of it the only thing I am not 100 percent on is the tank, so I will let someone else who knows for sure tell you yes or no on that. I had all of my gear sent over with hhg.

I get stuff shipped to APO ask the time, never had a problem. In the DPL and millennium we shoot at 300. if you're going to ship a task just take off the reg before doing so and you'll be fine

I've had field owners check my guns for F-Stamps. The odds are, you'll be fine without one. Just understand that technically you are breaking the law that even US Army Europe goes by in Germany. And I've had (new) tanks shipped to my APO box, never a whole marker though. And yes, they can X-ray packages going to APO Boxes.
At the end of the day you will have to be the Judge. I can tell you that a friend of mine and myself have been stopped by Germany customs on the way to the states because we had markers and tanks in our luggage. It took us an hour of debating to get cleared, we almost missed our flight and they were for the first 45 minutes set on confiscating our markers. Thankfully one of the german airport cops helped us out.

Some fields I have played at have not looked for the F stamp, but some teams have complained that we don't have the F stamps on our guns, so its a crap shoot, also you have to be 18 or older to play in Germany, but my son who is 15 has played on some of the off post fields with no issues yet lol

Hey guys!
I'm not stationed in Germany but I will be visiting at the end of September through october (just in time for Oktoberfest). I would like to play a few games of paintball when I'm over there and was wondering if I'd be able to be shown the ropes there? Also I like to play with my own guns if possible ( dual Tiberius t8.1's) but I don't know if the fields there would let me play with them or just one?
Thanks
Chris

F-Stamps are done in Germany, so you have two options:
1) Buy your marker in the US, PE, DYE and most major brands have their new models on file with the authorities so certain companies can stamp and make your markers legal for you. Note: Markers sold in Germany are normally modified so that the regulator cannot be adjusted and often times have export springs and boards installed which limit what you can do.
2) You can buy your marker in Germany and re-verse mod it with parts from the US. Costly since you'll be paying in EURO prices. I know PHQ (in-store) accepts VAT forms.
Just remember, that strictly by law if your marker does not have a export spring it is once against illegal as it nullifies the F-stamp. Never had anyone check my spring though.
