Im in the middle of building my pneumag and right now I have my frame, pneumatics, modded cp on/off and body. I have the logic umf frame and I need to do some cutting to be able to fit an lpr in my frame as I want to do a sleeper setup.
I dont have a mill or anything to remove the matetial but I do have a dremel and was wondering if thats a viable tool. I need to know exactly what pieces would ve best to cut the metal on my frame. Thanks for any help.
cutting aluminum will clog up any cutting bit. for me, I have sanding rolls, cutting discs and a few carbides. for the carbides have some brass rods around, use it to clean the aqluminum out of the bits. keep the speed down. higher speeds for harder metal, lower speeds for softer.
