C/F trigger for Vapor coming soon
Hey Vapor owners
Could someone tell how the trigger is adjusted also post some pictures of the forward/back adjustment, I take it that the magnet in the body attracts the top screw. Looking to use repelling magnets and putting them where the bottom finger would go as this is only for ego upgrade boards I have been told. would this be a good location for the repelling magnets
thanx for any help
john

I would be very interested in a acid customs trigger as well. Let me know if you need anything else. I can also just send you my extra trigger as well.

Thanx LULU
Just what I was after, I already have a trigger.
I can fit in a repelling magnet in the bottom of the trigger slot perfectly
where is the back stop adjustment screw or is there not one, rear travel screw does the trigger just use the microswitch to stop on if so that is bad for the switch
how come there are 2 different trigger designs I see
john

Thanx for the offer of the trigger but I already have one to work from,
Trigger can't say when available as the last time I did I got an infraction but when I have worked out all the last changes to the drawing I will cut one then post pictures, then it will be off for testing.

I will take another picture tonight, but essentially the bottom tang acts as a 'stop' against the microswitch as well. After being used to 4-way adjustable triggers, this was a bit finicky to get something close to how I like my triggers set.

I will work making it 4 way adjustable as that design is not good for the microswitch
LULU could you meaasure the distance from the top of the frame to the bottom of the trigger slot
thanx

Looks like it is about 2 7/8" (don't have anything metric handy at the moment =/ ) if I understood your question correctly
Also to try and show what the bottom part of the trigger does:

Hey Acid!
Sorry for the late response, I didn't see this thread until just now. I'll use my calipers and get you some more accurate measurements and pictures in just a moment.

Wonderful!
If you were stateside, I'd offer to mail you my vapor to mock-up the trigger, but I don't know what shipping to Australia would cost

its not the shipping from the US its shipping it back is for some reason twice your price and the paperwork is a PITA as they are classed as firearms here have to get import permit and customs pick up can take upto 2months to get them as they have to get tested and other sh*t.
But the trigger is going to be a simple one anyway not complicated for no reason like the ego's have been lately

Thanks for the update. Hypothetically, would that case be true even if just the grip frame was shipped instead of the entire marker?

No just a frame no problem
but I shouldn't need one as the changes are to just the area of the finger which isnt used the rest will be the same just a different design at the outside actual trigger end

Did first cut today just have to make minor change to the width of the microswitch area drill pushed a slug of C/F out as the side was too thin, just increased width there and will do another tomorrow
