I rocked a MQ2'd SR in a tournament recently. With the stock frame and board set on 12bps PSP ramping.

Have bought two SR and a 2k4 prostock in 4 weeks,
both SR now have blade and zeroB inside..
Fits nicely in my kit along with my tourney Crome2 and
ghetto A1.

Why did you drop the SR frame?

Why didn't you go the PM5 UL frame and UTB route?

Also, replace your ram bumper with some polyurethane. It is hard plastic from the factory.

zeroB, ramping and adjustments is alot better, and the frame feels so much better in my hand. And i dont have a shop, so the ul way was never an option. The ram bumpers, do you know the size on that one? (sorry for staying OT there)..

Same as the MP4 bumper, and the cocking rod bumper - 3/8 OD, 1/8 ID, 1/8 height. Use a torch to heat the ram body up before you try to open it, it looks like they were trying to decrease their inventory of red locktite.

Depends on how you define outdated.. Have they been passed on by competing markers in terms of build ingenuity, weight and simplicity of use? Yes.. Does that make them bad or less fun to use? No.

Agreed. BPS caps in some leagues keeps them viable. Opens doors to use pretty much anything you wanted. (within reason)
