How long does it take to break in a '12 Reflex?

I don't play that often, so I was thinking of ripping through a case of cheap paint to break in. Or maybe just dry fire... But how long until you see the mythical +/-2FPS consistency?

It'll be a couple cases of paint. Don't worry about trying to break it in. Just go out and play and after a couple times you play the gun will break in. Also don't expect +/- 2 FPS. Realistically getting +/-4 or 5 will be pretty good.

According to the manual, it's approx. 2000 rounds. I forgot what page, but it's in there.

Reg seats don't take that long to form to the piston stem, 2000 shots doesn't sound too far off.

Paint quality and paint to barrel match will account for a much bigger difference in consistency though.
