Up for sale is a 3rd Generation iPod touch running the 4.2.1 OS. I have brushed the back to give it a brushed steel-esque look which is an improvement over the shiny scratch ridden backs of ipod. I also kept a screen protector on for a lot of the life of the unit, though there are still some signs of day to day use on the unit (no scratches on the viewing area, though some on other parts of the unit like the bezel). Everything works flawlessly, though the power button can be sensitive at times, which is something to be aware of.

Something sticky is stuck between the power button and the casing, causing the button to be pressed down maybe 50-75% of the way. Basically it requires less pressure on the button to be activated if that makes any sense.
