I'm about to play a 7 man deal with some buddies and I have no idea how much paint a 7 man team shoots on average if anybody could let me know how paint they generally shoot in prelims etc that would be real cool.

12-16 cases in prelims would more than likely get you through if youre a new team. sunday might be another 12-16.

we won hb this year and shot 45ish , but im guessing since he is asking a question like this he is new to the league. more than likely playing d4 or d3. so i think he is closer to your number of 27.

We did throw together d4 and shot that much...prob more next yet

8 prelims obviously, and i think we played......10 games in finals and two 1 v 1's. so a little less than 3 cases a game.

Made finals in Chicago and shot 47 cases, had some to spare.

sory for t"thread jacking but we doing a d4 team in vegas so safely we could get about 30 cases and should be ok if we make sunday... also is this a valken only event?

30 is a good estimate, but always bring extra money just in case. You can shoot either the Valken paint or APX paint, but I would recommend using the Valken. I used Valken at an NPPL affiliate event and then APX at NPPL HB and I can say that having the APX paint did make or break some games for us since it didn't like to break on people from 3 feet away.

ok wow thats alot of fricken paint.... well thanks for the advice on apx as well luckily we shoot valken here at our local field and are i guess "sponsored" by them so hopefully we can get a decent deal
