Most of the time, people don't even notice - nay, take it for granted - that customer service from Planet Eclipse is top-notch. Posting the Operator Manuals and Tech posters like this before a marker is even released for sale is a very cool feature that I believe is unique to PE markers. For example, all of us were able to download the Operator Manual and begin inspecting the new GEO3 to see what its specs are, how it operates differently compared to the previous versions, and so on.
Like Nicky said, "Hitting the ground running is what we're all about." How true.
