I think that's a bronze, not an STP.

I've been told its not a bronze and is an STP.
But just to make sure, how can I tell the difference?

Free up, this gun has a fantastic pump stroke to it! Puts T2s to shame.

it looks like either an older stp, or a newer bronze. i personally think it is a newer bronze, i have an old stp, and they look different.

i went through the same thing wondering what i had, it turns out mine is a first gen STP, sometime in the 80's i think.
here is a link to some info i got;

also, someone posted this link which is alot of info.

is the barrel fixed, or removable, that is what i see to bee a major difference, but t also doesnt confirm anything, because newer bronzes have spyder barrels, what are the threads on the barrel if it is removeable?

it is removable, and they are the sterling threads.
