Degree? nah. But I have a BA in Healthcare Administration and my MBA.
Going to sit behind a desk soon. Done with manual labor. I have had enough experience in the bowels of hell that I wont forget the little guy. lol

Roofing for life sucks. Get out while you can. For the sake of your back and knees. And skin cancer.
No degree is needed to get into the basic level. Mainly all you would need for the higher level is certification in plumbing/electrical/hvac.
And I mean basic certification that doesn't *cost much*

My degree is in construction, so that could be a plus. I just never thought of applying at a hospital.
But skin cancer shouldnt be a problem, the company I work for makes us wear boots, pants and shirts with sleeves....
