No boat bottoms... But..
They look a hell of a lot better with IZE bottoms on!

I have only played in it once so far. Overall the mask is nice but i do have a few things to point out.
There does seem to be a gap bertween the nose foam and my nose. ( My teamate pointed this out with his before i said anything)
The strap doesn't fit as tight on the head as i would like. Even after double strap.
Double strapping isn't near as effective with these compared to proflex because the mask design wont allow you to splay the straps too far apart from eachother.
Thes observations are after only a single day, so maybe it will grow on me.

Many tend to wear eflexs or events with the strap perpendicular to their eyes when instead the strap should be positioned in a diagonal manner in between the back and top on the crest of the head. Also this can be a reason many claim that eflex's are "not as tight on one's head" as proflex's. I have noticed a bit of a gap in my vision but nothing that will or can affect play. |

just ordered a white pair w/ ninja lenses. I'm excited. I definitely think these ill be a lot better than my profits.

No, they dont make you harder to see... I hear that they help you pull of crazy dives and other moves to help you dodge incoming paintballs with ninja like reflexes

I noticed this gap between the foam and my nose the first time I wore them too, but the 2nd time I wore them it was gone. I think the foam just needed to break in a bit with the contour of my face. Hopefully you have the same result.
When I first tried mine on I felt as if the strap wanted to slide down a little too and didn't feel as snug on my head as that of my events. Again though, after playing in them a little bit that seemed remedy itself too, and it only seemed apparent when I didn't have my headwrap on since it can't slide at all with it on.
Either way both of these issues no longer exist and only happened for the first short while I was wearing the mask. It's perfect now! |

Don't try to order these from ansgear if you want them soon. They are pulling their usual bs. Call them, they say there In-Stock, receive email stating that they're back ordered.

I ordered mine yesterday and they all ready shipped out. I should mention they are the all black pair. The girl mat ans told me they have black, white, and olive in stock the other colors are coming next week. |

They told me the Red would be in yesterday and would ship as soon as they came in. Still hasn't shipped, no big surprise there. |
