so 9.3.10says " A marker with any valve, expansion chamber, or other item or device except a barrel or
screw-in air source that may be adjusted on the field of play to increase or decrease velocity without the use of tools is illegal". does that include my autcocker lpr with the ajusting screw? and dont they usually have locks that they can put on? what about beaver tails? it didnt say anything about those.

Contact your club sports department. At long beach, we need to maintain a minimum of 20 club members (can just be for club days, not necessarily tournaments). Also, you'll most likely have a probation period of 1 school year prior to any funding is received from the school. There may be other requirements in addition to the ones I've stated. Check with your school first. Also make sure there are enough tourney players to start a team.

Good I hope it stays that way. As of right now Phoenix United is gonna play NPPL Vegas we are looking at what our division will be. Hopefully not still pro cause we will get stomped cause there are cobwebs on most of the teams equipment, haha. Is there any restriction on prior experience, can a pro ranked player play for the NCPL if they are in college.

Taken right from the NCPA rulebook:
2.1. Player Eligibility
2.1.1. All players must be eligible to compete in NCPA events. Eligible players must
2.1.1.1. Be enrolled as a full-time student^1, or
2.1.1.2. Be working full-time in a school-sanctioned co-op program between two semesters of full-time enrollment, or
2.1.1.3. Have been enrolled as a full-time student the previous semester, be enrolled as a part-time student the current semester, and graduating at the end of the current semester, or
2.1.1.4. Have an exemption from the NCPA President or CEO. Exemptions may be granted under certain circumstances, including
2.1.1.4.1. Students accepted in a degree program who are not enrolled for the current semester due to active military service, or
2.1.1.4.2. Graduate students enrolled at least half-time while also employed by the University in a graduate assistantship or completing masters thesis or doctoral
certification
^1 Students at the college level may be graduate or undergraduate students
There are no restrictions on any divisional players. Such as, first timers can play and so can experienced pros. As long as they are enrolled (or were enrolled the previous semester) in the college they are playing for, anyone is welcome to participate.

Cal State Long Beach, UC Irvine, and Santa Clara University have teams. There might be a few others, but those are the ones that come to the top of my head.

Does anyone know of any colleges in Michigan or the surrounding states that have a paintball team or a list of all colleges that have teams. The one link everyone posts doesn't have a list of teams

Is UCI playing this year? Only heard that a couple of their guys were trying to start it back up.
CSU Fresno is running a team now as well. Rumors shot around that another school was trying to set one up (another one of the CSU's or UC's i believe?).
