Absolutely not a mag, kinda nice paintjob in the center though. It's likely some sort of blowback, probibly not worth more than 30-50 bucks.

I think that is an illustrator w matching graf barrel, as well as a Dragun LED on the right. The others look like newer spyder bodies, with some random frames. Neat old stuff, but not worth much.

the colored gun is no longer made; unless it uses spyder parts you will have a hard time getting parts i believe
here is how to make it a pump hypothetically.

if you want to make a pump 'mag, get a mag. if you want to make a pump 'cocker, buy a 'cocker.

just due to the way the gun functions i would say it's not worth it. A cheaper option would be to convert a 'mag or autococker to a pump
