Geo+ cycles but only fires every other shot

just like it says...have a goe+ here and although the bolt cycles on every trigger pull, it only fires every other shot. i've cleaned and lubed the bolt assembly and the reg. cleaned eyes, etc. cleaned under noid. new battery, diff tank....im lost. any help?

My guess is that the bolt does not retract fully, to allow a new ball to enter the breach. Are you using spacers? Are you sure you have cranked up the pressure on the HPR? Also try loading your factory settings.

has nothing to do with the bolt retracting or not. it only fires every other shot, as in, air only comes thru the noid down the barrel, every other shot.

I had the same problem on my geo 2 .... One pull , one shot , next pull , ball dropped out of the barrel .... cleaning back check ball and assembly and changing the regulator seal helped me fixing the problem ... but i don`know if the regulator in geo+ and geo 2 have the same parts or are identical ?!
the seal is inside the reg srew in my geo2 ....

I had the same issue recently and I had to change my pilot valve. I also bought a spool pack/gasket/and new spring for check ball.

mine was only the check ball. I replaced the entire assembly and have extra solenoid parts lying around now
