I am trying to find out if this is an 07 or 08 PMR and what a value might be. It has the UL frame and a hybrid on off and the wicked hydrodip with the skulls Got it as part of a package deal and now trying to see what its worth.

The 2011 rail is not a pmr, there is a difference. The gun brand new is $250 so it depends on what condition the gun is in. I would give $200 for it if it was in decent condition

Pmr does mean proto matrix rail. But the 2011 RAIL is not a pmr it is the proto RAIL not proto MATRIX rail
