O-Ring, HPR mount to front body
Anyone have the size and availability of the large o-ring in the HPR mount to the front body? I am not talking about the central o ring that seals the center of the HPR mount, I am talking about the large, thin one that seals the outer section, and prevents leaks down the threads.
Does the O-Ring monkey kit include the above referenced o-ring? I doubt it does, as this O-ring is in the non-serviceable area of the marker.
Nevertheless, it is leaking.
This was my old marker, and I sold it to a guy on our team. Now it leaks out the ASA, the LPR is loose, and the HPR mount was loose. HE lubes everything in Hater Sauce, and shortly thereafter, trouble began. I told him to give it back to me, I will rebuild it and make it shoot good as new.
Some people simply cannot appreciate quality stuff.

SOmebody soon will mention that you should lube it using DOW55 ONLY as this lubricant also swells orings...
I also had this trouble. I just used thread tape on the threads and that sealed it up for me.
As for the LPR being loose and the asa leaking I'll need more details to try to help you with those..

Oh no no, I don't need help with anything other than o-ring size. I can try to size it up, but I just thought I would see if anyone has an actual number.
I have everything else fixed, and I only use Dow 55. I did pack the o-ring area with Dow 55, and it does seal - for now. I simply do not anticipate that being a permanent fix. I must get that o-ring changed out to properly fix it.
I was tempted to use my pipe dope on the threads, but again, I would prefer a proper O-ring as well.

I looked at the manual - wasn't sure if it is the 1.5x20 for certain. It calls it a "Mainbody front to Inline Reg Center"
But it is still a great manual.

I think it's a 1x20, but I'll have to pull my reg to be sure

I checked it in relation to the body half o-ring (the large one) an it is larger diameter and larger thickness.
