So my friend gave me his old ion because my gun got stolen. Its an awesome gesture but i am pulling my hair out trying to get it to work. Everything seems fine. I took it completely apart checked all o-rings lubed up everything. I put a new battery. I attached my tank and hopper and turned it on. First shot went off fine. The next rolled out of the end of my barrel.It sounds like a muffled shot and 9/10 the paintballs don't even make it out of the barrel. However if I take a shot then wait about 30 seconds I can the second shot goes off no problem. Ive tried to mess with the settings a bit but am not sure what they should be at. My rate of fire is set as low as possible 0 i think and I'm not sure about the dwell. Can any body help me or has anyone else had a smilier problem. Thanks

Change the battery (BRAND NEW DURACELL OR ENERGIZER BATTERY) < Caps lock'd for a reason.
If the gun is stock, make sure the dwell is between 48 and 52.
Clean the reg.
Make sure you have enough air.

I'd say its the dwell. Like the guy above me said, just raise it up alot!

took apart cleaned and cleaned the reg. Gauge is reading 180 psi. Took apart gun cleaned everything. took apart solenoid and cleaned it. Now gun just make noise but bolt seems to stay still

you guys are awesome. checked the dwell it was at 0 or 1 but turned it up to 50 and everything seems to be working perfectly. Now if I could only get my hopper to keep up

I set my dwell to about 46 and the bolt still wouldn't move, could anyone help me out?
