depending on your paint to bore size, .692 is a pretty big bore for any paint i use, also what is your velocity adjuster at? Should be right around 1.5 turns out from flush

Get an underbored barrel, .692 is bigger than the stock barrel, damn...

Well if paint is able to roll right through your barrel then that is causing a problem with your low velocity

Yeah, big barrels are almost useless with todays paint sizes. Smaller bore barrel will make a huge difference.

Usually with my freak kit, I bore .685 or under depending on the weather. Heat makes paint swell, sometimes the .685 is needed, but rarely go over that, most of the time I go smaller.

I shoot my Lurker .678, barely ever break balls. Some paint is a bit tight during a blow test (as it should be), but a lot of paint blows through no problem.
If it ever happens, I have my .684 in the grip just in case. You won't need anything bigger than .684 IMO, paint just rolls through it or blows through it with no problems.

I was having similar chrono issues over the weekend, but it most definitely had to be the paint/bore matching.
I was using a .682 bore, which I THOUGHT was good for the paint when I tested it, but later when I checked it on .679 it was even rolling right through that.
All my settings are exactly what you described as well (~4ms dwell, 1.5 turns out, ~150PSI, short spring).

Going from my .684 to my .678 gave me way better chrono consistency. Forgot to mention that...
