Hey guys just a little tip. If you are sending your gun or sending a product back for repair or return, to me or any other place really. Please make sure you include your return address, email address, contact phone# and RMA# for some companies and what is going on with the product you are sending it.
Right now I have a Axe here and I do know what it is here for and I do have a return address. But no way to contact the owner at all and let him know what was done to correct the problem or bill him for the return shipping. So now the gun sits in limbo till I hear from him. I do remeber most conversations I have with everyone. But I can not always remeber if it was a PM here or on Facebook maybe a email or a phone call.
Please try to remember I have over 1000 messages in one form or another every week. Stuff gets deleted to make room for new stuff coming in. And I can not remeber where these conversation take place, though I try.
