Tournaments/ teams in California?

i am trying to start a new team with some of my friends from school and i have a question.

1) are there any tournaments in california, around the bay area? for high school teams

2) any sugestions for starting the team?

3) would i be better off just trying to start a team of all ages?

any input is greatly appreciated.

i think theres a series of high school stuff at CEPP

You can try to start a high school team/club, but I would suggest trying to join a team that is already established so you can get some experience. You can play for both teams. Talk to Raehl for help setting your school up.

I'm actually looking for a high school team myself, but I need to know if the team needs to be within a district (IE Santa Clara County District) or is it by town (For me it's MVLA)

For NCPA high school, you have to go to the same high school, except you are allowed middle schoolers that are in the same district.
