KEE Customer Service
Guys,
I have to commend KEE on their customer service and sticking behind their products. I know it has been said before but I just personally wanted to say it. I bought a used Mini with a reg issue. I called KEE to see about a replacement and they are sending one with no questions asked. Now thats what I call support of your product.
Anyone else have any experience?
Also, how long did it usually take to get a replacement part (if you requested one)?

Yep, Kee's customer service goes above and beyond. They really are amazing.
I had an issue with my Z2 where there was paint shredded inside and it subsequently saturated the entire board and internals with paint. I was having major problems with dis- and re-assembly, so I asked if I could send it to them to be re-assembled.
In short, Jay @ Kee London (Ontario, Canada) told me to send it in, gave me an RMA #, and told me he would re-assemble and troubleshoot it for me. I got it back a week later in perfect working order. He made sure to tell me to get it to him right away, as he was going on vacation and he wanted to do the work before going away so that I could get my hopper back sooner.
Another time was when my Axe solenoid got the "slow reacting" disease. I called up, explained what was going on and they didn't ask me anything other than my mailing address. Within a week, I received a brand new solenoid; free of charge.
Definitely glad I went with an Empire gun and hopper!
To answer your question about return times, it all depends on how close you live to the service centre you're shipping to.

Their apparently in Sewell, NJ and I assume thats where their replacement parts are. I'm in central NC so I assume no more than a few days.

I recently contacted them because I had gotten my axe anodized and during the process one of the tiny o-rings in the on/off relay got misplaced.
I emailed their support and within a day I was able to figure out exactly what part I needed and was able to order one through Boss.
I'm assuming the only reason I needed to purchase it, for $2, and have it ordered rather than shipped directly from KEE is that it's not a standard part.
Still, i was very happy with their response.

Same thing. I had got a used V1/V2 Mini for cheap with the reg problem.
Got my new V3 reg in a few days and bought a cheap parts kit to replace all the older V1 parts with newer ones. Gonna be up and running soon.
I don't know why you would want to buy from any other company! Haha.

If they were a smaller company I would be worried about all the freebies they give away. But agreed they are a great company.

^^yeah, this???
I shot a case of RPS Premium Gold last weekend, shot like a dream. My usual field paint is Heat, which also shoots well; bounces a lot but it's field paint

had another great transaction with KEE's CS.
my relay was still having issues after I got all the pieces back together and ordered a new internal o-ring for the pin. I let them know and they sent me a brand new relay to gut. I received it in about 4 business days too.
got it yesterday, swapped out the parts and now it's working perfectly.
extremely satisfied with their support! great people too

We had to stop carrying it at our field, because over the last year the quality of what we received just went into the crapper and it was causing a lot of problems, no matter which type we got. I went to another field for a scenario a couple weeks ago, and they had RPS premium and while I didn't have any problems with breaks, the paintballs were so small they would slide through my Lurker .678 and were noticably ellipsoidal to boot. Don't know. Wish it wasn't that way.
