if the size that arrived is the size you ordered expect to pay return shipping and possibly a 15%-20% restocking fee.
if ANS sent you the wrong size on accident make sure they cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee

What's sad is that when ANS sells a defective item to a customer, and then tells that customer to contact the manufacturer instead of dealing with the issue and taking accountability into their own hands, they lose the respect and future buisness of that customer they threw to the curb.

There shouldn't be any responsibility on the part of the customer for defective merchandise, and if they knew how to conduct their business properly they would offer to replace the defective item at no charge, eat shipping costs, and deal with the manufacturer themselves regarding the return of defective products. They are, after all, the company that sold the defective merchandise to the customer. However, there should be some statute of limitations on the customer's end to report the issue. Something like 14 to 30 days to report defective merchandise.

Unfortunately, they take the easy way out of these situations leaving the customer the short end of the stick. Shame.

I like how when you place an order, it immediately says that the item "is in the final stages of processing or has shipped and cannot be canceled or changed"

really? i place an order at 4am and at 4:01 it has already been processed or shipped?

ans might as well take that feature off the site because its bull****

Ordered a ninja tank that was on sale, a speed feed that was on sale, and a t-shirt the was on sale.... 48 hours later they still haven't shipped it. This is my third order in a row that took 48+ hours from the time I ordered to ship.

I guess at this point its the norm for this company to take a long time to ship items.

Order Placed: April 24, 2012 at 10:02:00 AM PST

At least their customer service reflects their business.

I have had consistently good results ordering from ans. In fact, I ordered 2 cases of ultra evil this tuesday, got free shipping, and it arrived the next day (fully wrapped in bubble wrap and extra paper stuffing around each box without any paint breaking). Usually the free shipping option for many other sites is awful fedex ground that takes forever, but I get stuff the next day from ans typically. It helps that Im in LA, but still, thats fast. I dont know why you would get such markedly different results, but I guess it depends on a lot of factors that we dont always know about (like # of orders pending when you order, etc.).

I made an order yesterday, never got a confirmation/receipt e-mail. I messaged them about it today at 11am and no response, so I'm canceling my order tomorrow. Their loss as I'm just buying **** to buy it don't really need it. Good costumer service goes a long way.

ANS is a joke! I order a luxe trigger after speaking to a sales rep, she assured me that it would be here by sat (since in live in socal). Now here i am a week later still without my trigger and a tracking # that says my package is in elk grove ill. so hopefully now ill have it in 5 days. I'll never order anything from ans again , all my business will go to Paintballgateway.com.

I've purchased most of my gear from ANSGear. My main gripe is that they notify me that my shipment has shipped the day before it actually gets picked up. Small, but it forces me to manage my excitement.
