Why would you cheat at practice? That doesn't help anyone get better.

Do what you have to do to win the event, but cheating at practice is silly.

Unless you are playing front every point (entire matches) I really see no need to train as long as you don't get fat. Sprints would help and if you do play lots of points for your team then cardio would be good too.

Most importantly know how to read fields and operate under pressure. This takes pb practice and without the crutch of cheating.

Key word is if they catch you . They want you to be so good at wiping no one will notice . You better practice . If you want to make it to the pros you need to cheat like a pro all the time practice drills recball and events

I actually hate the crossfit community, but there is a reason why multiple military SOF units use it as a base for their PT, it works, and as long you you understand what you're doing, and don't dress up like a moron to go socialize that a crossfit gym, its worth looking into.

I personaly use/have completed Insanity and Turbo Fire. Insanity was nuts but a great workout for off season, Turbo Fire as been great for in season since it gets great cardio work and getting/maintianing endurance.

Wrong. Most SpecFo units PT on their own time, and it is mostly clean, pure oly style lifts.
