I just purchased a black magic intensity shuttle usb 3.0 to capture from my xbox 360.

I have it set up going from xbox to capture card via component, than cap card to tv via hdmi.

Once the drivers installed on my computer, it showed the black magic logo on my tv screen, but then goes to jsut a black screen. No audio either.

Whats my problem?

EDIT: So, i got it working, however, picture only shows up on my tv when i have the capture program up and as my highlighted window. if i minimize it, the picture on the tv goes black again. Theres isnt a picture in the capturign software on my pc though so i cant really capture..

EDIT 2: So, getting there. Have it now so i have picture on my tv, with the program running or closed. HOWEVER! I get no picture on the capture card software still. I hit capture, and it acts like its recording, but theres no file once doen, and theres not even a picture on the pc to record?
computer is a dell xps 8500.
