Greetings,
Just picked up an Black Dragun E2 marker (that's how it was sold ... and it seems to match info i can find) for my son and notice that the bolt does not cock far enough to allow paint down the feedneck. It also will not re-cock itself when firing after initial manual cocking of the bolt.

I have searched for manuals and this forum but have been unsuccessful thus far.

Anyone know how to adjust the travel of the bolt?

Never used one of these but I am guessing your problem would be in how far forward the striker sits. Have you disassembled that part? is there any adjustment there? Another thought might be if the sear is adjustable, the way the sear rests against the striker might make the whole assembly sit too far forward.

I'll take the frame off again and look.

When I looked at it before, the striker adjustment (essentially adjusts how far the solenoid moves back when de-energized) was adjusted so the bolt will remain cocked but did not seem to make a difference on how far back it travelled.

to my knowledge there was never an e2 black dragun... is this an autococker style gun? if so you need to adjust the cocking rod and then the back block
