check this link. Sounds like the same problem you are having. Just an FYI, the mini and axe's drive train are pretty much the same. The axe's bolt guide is larger but that's essentially the only difference.

sounds like a reg/asa problem. Sometimes the tank pin doesn't get pushed in far enough and the flow rate of air into the marker is very low so it doesn't re-charge fast after shooting. It's one possibility anyway.

being at the same operating pressure (200psi) isn't the same as having enough air flow.

think about a garden hose vs niagara falls. Say the pressure of the water falling is the same. Niagara falls has a lot more flow.

if the tank isn't all the way tight, the pin might not be pushed in all the way as said. maybe there's something going on with the tank or marker reg that's effective the air flow.

Try firing off a few shots as you screw in your tank and keep trying to screw it in. If you're using the stock reg for the Mini, lots of times, it becomes hard to screw in way before it is all the way in (that's what she said). Firing a few shots should allow some pressure to be removed making it easier to screw in the tank. If not, you can always get an on/off for it making it really easy to screw in your tank, resolving your issue.
