Check out a running forum, I am sure you will find that neither are a good option. Nike's should be relegated to fashion only and even then they are ****ing stupid.

Free's are not absolutely terrible but there are similar shoes that will last longer.

I had 2.0 till they got stolen. Loved them so I bought a pair of 3.0 and I love them as well. Although, they're terrible for side to side action, if you're just running straight or lifting, they're perfectly fine.

I bought the Reebok Realflex.
they're good for track use, I just would not use them in extremely uneven terrain.But overall they do seem to make a difference.

lol NIKES for RUNNING?! You must not be a runner... Get asics or mizuno's if you want an actual running shoe. They don't look hip and swag but your legs/knees will appreciate it.

you want a good running shoe, go to an acutal running store. Dont go to Champs, Big 5 or anything like that. GO to an auctal running store. I am using the Saucony Triumph 9 and man they are great.

They can tell you what specific shoe will fit your running style (track,road,etc.) and if your a pronator/neutral. Don't skimp either, it's worth the extra money to get a good shoe.
