Smith press was easy as ****, also starting to do internal rotations and external rotations every shoulder workout. Hoping it helps out my *****-made shoulders
I know, I feel like a ***** but I think they would help.
They wont. Makes it harder to grip heavy **** + you look like a ******

Tried the Rippetoe version of skullcrushers and did not enjoy them. First set felt decent, but on the second my side delt had a sharp pain on the negative. Stopped there and did some overhead tri extensions and felt no pain.

He looks pretty pathetic considering how he is so respected.
I see this a lot. He's very very good at what he does, I think at his level you can no longer base it on his personal results/looks. He's done enough to prove he knows his **** and should be listened to, it doesn't matter if he looks like the guy from the WOW south park episode now.
Though he could probably stand to lose a few pounds, since he goes on and on in his Q & A about health markers, I'm sure he's got a clean bill of health. He just couldn't give less of a damn about how people think he should look.
