the eyes from the blackheart will not light up. Green light on handle but eyes are off... new battery didn't fix anything. loose connection? cut wire?
Anything else I could be missing?

They don't have laser eyes so you wont see any color.

I would take the grip frame off and check out the eyes on the breech, make sure all the wires look good, because if something doesnt look right thats most likely it

Could be a loose wire, the eyes themself though actually work right? The laser part just doesnt?
