I'd like to check out fox4 soon, especially considering how I've been to all the big name fields BESIDES fox4. So I'm assuming its a sin I haven't seen it yet.

But recently, I heard from a recballer that the speedball field recballers use is pretty small, while the "nice field" is mainly for tournaments. Is this true?

yes sir...The small field still gets the job done. But the big "Nice field" Is usually reserved for tournaments, rotations, and 187 crew. Not to say theirs never rec ball on the big field, just not that often. Still a great field with just as great staff..

Someone showed me pictures of the little field, and it looks AMAZING!
I can tell the owner put a lot of love and time into the field. I can't WAIT to go!

The larger field is reserved for the following:
1 - x-ball Rotations (practice)
2 - 5-man tournaments
3 - x-ball touranments (foXball takes up three weekend days per event)
4 - 187 cRew practice
5 - 187 cRew Clinics

This just doesn't leave many days available for rec play on the larger field. Not to mention that if we use it for rec play we then need to pay someone to clean it. If we use it for anything on the "list" then it is part of 187 cRew's sponsorship responsibilities to clean the field.

are you guys planning on opening on wednesdays like last year? If so what fields will be open for that?

We'll be open on wednesdays - starting July 11th

The smaller 5-man field will be open for public use on those days plus all 32 acres of our woods field
