I need some help.. I am doing my own Iron on for a jersey and I am wondering what transfer paper people have used and found too be the best...

I haven't done it, but at one point i discovered transfer paper made exclusively for jerseys. They were advertised as adhering with less heat (or with the same heat, but faster somehow) than normal transfers so as to prevent jersey burns.
